FULL AGREEMENT

  • 1. Grant of License
By purchasing a beat, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create one (1) new song (“New Song”) unless an Exclusive License is purchased. The producer retains full copyright ownership of the beat.
  • 2. Permitted Uses
You may record, release, distribute and monetize your New Song on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube, within the limits of the license purchased.
  • 3. Producer Credit
You must credit the producer as: “Produced by L3araba” (or “Produced by {PRODUCER_ALIAS}” if stated in your license PDF).
  • 4. Ownership
The producer remains the owner of the beat and underlying composition. You own your original lyrics and any original musical elements you add to create your New Song.
  • 5. License Upgrade
If your New Song exceeds the streaming, distribution or usage limits of your purchased license, you must upgrade to the appropriate license tier.
  • 6. Content ID / Digital Fingerprinting
Registering the beat or New Song in YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager or any digital fingerprinting system is NOT allowed unless you purchased an Exclusive License. Unauthorized registration may result in license termination.
  • 7. Non-Transferable
You may not resell, sublicense or distribute the beat as a standalone instrumental.
  • 8. Breach
Violation of these terms may result in revocation of the license and a request to remove the content from platforms.
