Beat License Agreement

This Beat License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between L3araba Beats (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”) regarding the use of musical compositions (“Beats”) sold on this website. By purchasing, downloading, or using any beat from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive or exclusive license (depending on the license type purchased) to use the selected beat.
This license allows the Licensee to:
• Record vocals over the beat
• Release songs commercially
• Distribute music on streaming platforms
• Perform live
• Use in music videos
Ownership of the beat remains with the Licensor unless an Exclusive License is purchased.

2. License Types

Basic License (MP3)
Includes:
• MP3 file
• Commercial use allowed
• Streaming distribution permitted
Restrictions:
• Limited number of streams/sales
• No reselling of the beat
• No redistribution of beat alone

Premium License (WAV)
Includes:
• WAV file
• Higher audio quality
• Commercial distribution rights
Restrictions:
• Cannot claim ownership of the beat
• Cannot sell the instrumental alone
Unlimited License
Includes:
• WAV + Trackout stems
• Unlimited streaming & sales
• Full commercial rights
Licensor still retains ownership and copyright.

Exclusive License
Includes:
• Full rights to the beat
• Beat removed from store after purchase
• Unlimited commercial use
Licensor retains:
• Producer credit rights
• Right to use beat in portfolio
• Royalty share if specified

3. Copyright Ownership

All beats remain copyright property of L3araba Beats unless an Exclusive License is purchased.
Purchasing a license does NOT transfer copyright ownership.

4. Required Credit

Licensee must credit the producer in all releases:
Example:
“Produced by L3araba Beats”
Failure to provide credit may result in license termination.

5. Revenue Sharing (If Applicable)

For certain licenses, the Licensor may retain:
• 50% publishing rights
• 50% revenue share after specific thresholds (if stated)
Details will be specified in the individual license description.

6. Content ID & Copyright Protection

Licensor reserves the right to:
• Register beats with Content ID systems
• Protect against unauthorized use
• Monetize instrumental uses
Unauthorized use may result in:
• Copyright strikes
• Removal of content
• Legal action

7. Prohibited Uses

Licensee may NOT:
• Resell the beat as standalone audio
• Claim authorship of the beat
• Use the beat for illegal or harmful content
• Transfer the license to others

8. Payment Terms

All purchases are:
• Final
• Non-refundable
• Delivered digitally after payment
Access to downloads is provided immediately.

9. License Termination

This license may be revoked if:
• Terms are violated
• Payment is reversed or disputed
• Copyright infringement occurs
Upon termination, Licensee must remove all uses of the beat.

10. Liability Limitation

Licensor is not responsible for:
• Distribution issues
• Platform restrictions
• Revenue losses
• Third-party claims from Licensee usage

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and Italy.
